Since time immemorial, mountains have been revered as the abodes of the gods, link between heaven and earth, source of life and strength.
In her keynote Sacred Mountains Helga takes her audience on five fascinating expeditions, across ancient pilgrim paths into the blessing-filled silence of the highlands, to summits that unite heaven and hell at their crater rim, to Shiva's throne in the Himalayas and from the depths of a mighty rainforest to the celestial heights of the Mountains of the Moon.
Accompanied by spectacular images, Helga talks about the fascination of sacred mountains, about trust and devotion on the pilgrim path, about challenges that make us stronger and about the respect and humility we bring back.
